Founded to address critical gaps facing families of children with developmental disabilities, DRF has evolved into a policy reform institution dedicated to improving accessibility to essential disability resources. Through needs assessments, field implementation, and caregiver engagement, we identified a recurring pattern: The challenge was not intent. The challenge was execution.
Today, DRF is building the infrastructure required to:
We are building systems that outlast individuals.
DRF’s Systems Reform Engine transforms grassroots insight into national reform architecture. It operates in four stages:
1. Field Implementation: Direct programs generate real-world data and practical learning.
2. Standard Development: Lessons are codified into structured frameworks and competency models.
3. Institutional Alignment: Frameworks are aligned with national policy and ministry structures.
4. Scaling & Replication: Models are refined for district, national, and regional expansion.

We improve physical access to education, healthcare, and community participation through assistive technology provision, caregiver training, and accessibility advocacy.
We expand physical access to participation through:
This program not only provides essential disability resources but also informs national conversations around policy reform in disability infrastructure governance.

We offer caregiver training that emphasizes structured pathways for skill development and peer support, aimed at enhancing caregiver competence, resilience, and ensuring long-term family stability. Caregivers represent the vital frontline workforce within disability systems. DRF is committed to advancing policy reform by developing structured training pathways that transition informal caregiving into professional competency standards.

We address food insecurity and feeding challenges that disproportionately affect children with developmental disabilities by providing crucial disability resources. DRF stabilizes families through targeted nutrition support and education, which includes caregiver training and advocating for policy reform.

This emerging platform translates field learning into governance tools, enhancing caregiver training and providing essential disability resources.
